PLEASE NOTE! - DATE IS NOT BOOKED UNLESS YOU HAVE AGREED TO THESE TERMS, SIGNED THE FORM AND PAID YOUR $50 SESSION FEE.
PAYMENT POLICIES: This signed form and a $50 cost are required when client has booked a session. The $50 IS NON-REFUNDABLE and goes towards the total amount due. The remainder of the package amount is due the day of the scheduled session, or prior to the start of shooting. Jaimee Marie Photography reserves the right to refuse services/products if these payment arrangements have not been met unless otherwise discussed.
If client needs to reschedule, client acknowledges that the $50 session fee can be transferred, but understands that Jaimee Marie Photography cannot guarantee the same props, set up, and location for the rescheduled shoot. Client also understands that canceling completely or not showing up forfeits the $50 session fee.
Client understands that all sessions will start at their scheduled times. If client is tardy or unprepared, the session end time will remain the same. If client is more than 15 minutes late with/without notice, Jaimee Marie Photography reserves the right to cancel completely.
COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: Clients will receive photos no later than 4 weeks after session date via digital files. An online gallery will be created for the digital files and will be hosted for 30 days. Client is responsible for downloading all images from the online gallery. The client acknowledges that an additional $25 fee will apply if Jaimee Marie Photography is required to upload the online gallery a second time. USB drives are available for purchase as an alternative image delivery method. Client may use images for printing and posting on the web, social media, or email. Client understands that when publishing the photos on websites, (personal websites, social media, etc.) client will not edit the photos in any way i.e filters. Images captured by Jaimee Marie Photography cannot be published, sold for profit, or used within outside marketing materials without written permission from the photographer and compensation is provided before use.
I UNDERSTAND THAT NO RAW IMAGES WILL EVER BE GIVEN OUT. ALL PHOTOS INCLUDED IN PACKAGE WILL BE IN THE CORRECT FORMAT AND EDITED BY JAIMEE MARIE PHOTOGRAPHY. THE IMAGES GIVEN WILL BE THE BEST PHOTOS TAKEN AND ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHER.
Photographer is not responsible if client and/or key individuals fail to cooperate during portrait sessions, or for missed images due to details not revealed to Photographer. Photographer is also not responsible for the behaviors of all parties involved with the shoot, with the exception of those working with Jaimee Marie Photography. Client will not hold the photographer or property owner liable for any injury and/or damage that may occur during the session.
CLIENT UNDERSTANDS THAT ANY DAMAGE DONE TO THE PROPERTY, PROPS, WILL BE PAID AT THE CLIENTS EXPENSE. No photos will be provided until payment for damages is received.
Jaimee Marie Photography exercises diligence in handling digital captures, proofs, and prints, ensuring thorough care is taken in exposure, retouching, and transportation. In the rare event of loss, theft, damage, or destruction of all originals, whether within or beyond the photographer's control, liability is confined to refunding all payments received. Alternatively, a reshoot can be arranged at no extra charge.
